The AJBCC & The Dream Collective recently held a live, digital event to explore how we can achieve gender equality in Australia and Japan.

The Dream Collective conducted first-of-its-kind research with 1,000 Australian and 1,000 Japanese male professionals to capture perceptions of gender equality and gather insight into the cause of stalled progress.
